EVALUATION

  • At the beginning of a personal training session, the personal trainer will typically evaluate your current fitness level, medical history, and any specific goals or concerns you may have. This may involve taking measurements such as body weight, assessing your range of motion and flexibility, and performing basic fitness tests.

 

  • Based on the results of your evaluation, the personal trainer will conduct a thorough assessment of your current fitness level, medical history, and any physical limitations or injuries you may have. They may also perform various tests, such as measuring your body composition, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular strength.

Management

Once the evaluation is complete, the trainer will design a customized fitness program tailored to your specific needs and goals. This may include strength training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility training, and/or nutritional guidance. Based on the results of your evaluation, your personal trainer will develop a personalized exercise program tailored to your specific needs and goals. They will also guide you through the proper techniques for each exercise, as well as provide advice on nutrition and lifestyle habits.

 

Treatment

During the actual training session, the trainer will guide you through the prescribed exercises and provide feedback on proper form and technique. They may also introduce new exercises or progressions as you become more advanced.
